Thanks for staff. They're polite and helpful. Very small room , no fan , aircondition not working properly. Set top box not recharged so, can't watch the television. food and time is limited in restaurant.

there is a scope for improving the quality & contents of the breakfast that is served. Well located property & well appointed rooms. Clean & hygienic rooms & washroom. over experience was GOOD.

The rooms are compact, though all rooms are free and reservation had complimentary late checkout for 2 hours, reception manager wanted to charge extra and did not honour for an hour too, the reception without checking my reservation had breakfast arguing to pay for it again during checkout and after argument he finally checked to see that i paid already. Its ok hotel needs to address the reception manager staff behaviour

rooms are just ok. bath room lights not working. service boys are good but the reception staff all are serious face. they dont know how to treat guest.
