small cockroaches.....lot of them in the room. poured almost 5 buckets of water to get hot water for bath no use then took bath in cold water. room access key gets locked if you are out and have to go to ground floor for getting it activated to enter the room. staff are good but they are more on checking when are you checking out time is 11am but they ask you. why do we nned to get the room access card activated? Room was clean & Bathroom also but small।issues needs to be addressed. Hot water needed for morning bath. do look into it.

Worst stays overall. There is no restaurant in the hotel, the bed was very small, room was very small and if we want any meal they'll get it from somewhere outside. Worst experience as a person can get better hotels with a restaurant and a good rooms at this price point !

No proper cleaning on bathroom. No shampoo, No dental kit. after asking only dental kit they provide. lights are not bright. In telephone the numbers are hided. no room service and no response in inter com it's ok stay only.

Room was dirty with used Toothpicks on table. Soap was provided on request. Complimentary water was provided with an open unsealed package. Provided seal one when requested. Complimentary breakfast was from outside. Hotel denied to give tea stating it is not in the complimentary. They stated they had escalated this concern of tea many times to the owner. Reception was asking money and I replied that it is prepaid, then they are silent. I will never visit againTime-bound breakfast from outside.

Worst ever experience while booking in goibiboZero level of hospitality . No complimentary water or dental kit. Towel was stinky like socs. No breakfast was provided as was kept to wait for more than one and half hour.. big disappointment as there was no room service and restaurant.
