The bed sheets and towels were stained and dirty, the pillows unusable, there were bedbugs, no toiletries just one handwash, bathrooms were dirty and stained. breakfast was below average, we requested an extra omelet and they refused. We regretted selecting this hotel.

A decent hotel with a not so a good bed cover and pillows. Rooms are clean and spacious. Internet enabled TV and WIFI with decent speed is available. Location is good. However, the pillows, pillow covers and bed spreads are not good. They don't inspire confidence. Poor cleanliness of these 3 make it a questionable option. In fact, no hotel in and around Thanisandra n Jakkur have clean bedsheets, pillow covers and pillows.

Refrigerator not available in the room or anywhere in common area and inhouse food is not available so a lot of food wastage. also because of warm weather it is getting spoiled. breakfast food taste is less than average. also they are not allowing to keep food in their fridge if they have. staff is ok polite just rules should be a little cooperative in terms of saving food. well cleaned room, reception and lobby. including breakfast is a good thing . road outside is not constructed so humpy ...more

The hotel is good with polite staff. The rooms were clean and bathroom was clean too. Complimentary breakfast was given and taste wise it was nice. overall nice hotel for stay. Cleanliness Politeness Breakfast
