Earlier ,I rated this hotel 5 Star, I had been staying in this hotel whenever I had been to Bengaluru,But in the present time,it is the worst I have been to. We had to shift to another hotel at Midnight around 12:30AM with my elderly mother whom I brought to Bengaluru direct from Apollo Hospital after treatment as she wanted to see my younger brother. They 1st gave me a room where the AC was not working and then shifted us to another room even here the AC was not working. Next the most disgusti ...more

no space in front of the hotel, local people are parking there auto rickshaw in front of hotel and the hotel management is not capable of asking them

no dental care kit, no shaving kit as mentioned, overall of the room is of good size, ample space, there's nothing in the name of free breakfast, just dosa or idli or Vada optionally served at room, there is no side table so had to eat on the bed...a new experience.staff is polite and anything you need get it from the reception yourself nor you will have to wait longer. overall a good experience

Not worth a stay. Poor ac no ventilation rude staff and unhygienic food. Would not recommend at all. The staff is not at all aware of what is available at the hotel. I asked for tea and they brought it in a plastic bag with two extra small cups and no spoon or stick to mix sugar. Pathetic service. When I called the reception he told me they cant do anything and I should compromise. Very disappointed
