The hotel is on Haridwar-Najibababad-Kotdwar road just 400 mtrs from Kotdwar bus stand and station. Stay was comfortable, facilities are average. Location and hotel is good for unknown travelers.

As we visit the hotel we first asked for rooms and manager shows rooms at first, second and third floor. Rooms at first floor are in good condition. We show him about the booking . He give us keys of third floor room saying that you had booked for delux room and ground floor rooms are super delux rooms. I asked him that super delux rooms are not shown only there is option of delux rooms. And the pictures posted are of super delux rooms. But he denied us for the room which we have selected. no body is responding over intercom
ac is not working properly
I am surprised that why the staff is not responding
I am afraid that this is the best hotel of my choice at kotdwara
would u Please help me

We were offered room on top 3rd floor,no lift,steep stairs, hot roof, without western toilet. It had 4-5 black lizards, honey bees, lots of ants, broken glasses, broken all locks.. room was next to store room and staff room feeling very unsafe. when complained gave us room on same floor but better. Lots of sun light under ac. Food was good. Staff was good.
