Pathetic service,, not given us the amenities which mentioned on the site, staff was very causal,, they have not given Wi-Fi password,, rooms are smelly, towel was dirty,, drying not working,, all and all worst hotel I have ever book , never book this hotel,, you may get better option in less amt,, pathetic,,

The service can get better as I & my mom used to ask the staff 2-3 times the same things . Sometimes it used to take longer time .
Premium room was good with the view & the space was vast outside but the bathroom was quite not spacious . The food was yummy as it was breakfast included booking .
Kettle was not working , Exhaust fan not there at bathroom , Bathroom smelt a lot !! Idk what was the reason of it despite the flushing & asked for the wiper so that we can clean the water after bat ...more

i paid 4500 for one night for a room but the experience was not good. here's why:
1. the water in the taps was cold, in the cold weather of rishikesh.
2. the sockets were coming out of the switch boards
3. the bathroom was not clean.
4. no toiletries were provided.
