It's a beautiful Homestay hosted by Manu and his cute little family. Located a 200 meter height it offers a great mountain view in the morning. You can hear the sound of Parvati river from your room.
I choose a room with Balcony to further enhance my stay experience.
Please note that to reach the property you have to climb 150-200 m through stairs. So not a place for elderly to stay. Give them a call they will arrange porter service to pickup and drop to the main road

It on nice location and rooms are fine, but the reaching out there is bit har as you have to go upwords on mountains about 400 meters and it's really hard wit luggage.
location and view is good, owner behaviour also good.

Staff was very helpful, room were very nice and best thing was the view. It has an amazing view of the mountain.

This is a very bad hotel. It was the worst hotel in my life. It is a trekking of more than 1 kilometer and on top of that the road is so dirty. The hotel staff will not bring your luggage from down to up, you will have to hire a porter whose charge also has to be paid by the guest,When I asked the boy at the hotel for food, he told me that he does not get food in the hotel, he gave me the number of some hotel owner on the downstairs side, I asked him for food, he charged Rs. 50 for bringing food ...more

It's an amazing accommodation. The view is incredible, the rooms are lovely and sweet and the rooftop common area is great as well. Of course you need to walk up there to get this view, but it's worth it. Simply amazing.

Pros: The place is at an accessible location where the Kasol market is just a few meters away. Most of the hotels in Kasol have beautiful mountain views and the sound of the river can be heard during the day. Also was available at a comfortable pricing.
Cons: The homestay itself takes a lot of steps (around 70-80 steps) to reach. The bathroom has Hindware installed but needs maintenance. It smelled pungent although 2 freshers were there.
Cost of the stay and location accessibility.
