The attendant is not able to understand and support for basic things like mattress on a timely basis. Multiple follow ups required

It was a great stay. Rooms, washrooms and the entire apartment is clean and tidy. Mr.Mani from help desk was very helpful. They provide good service even if you call them at untime. They help you with travel, home-made food etc. kudos to the team!!! Keep it up!

Room was maintained neat and clean, also staff hospitality was good but management was not allowed us to park our car in the compound. We parked our car outside. Next - room AC leakage was there, water drops disturbed our night sleep. photos attached.
