Our experience in this hotel stay is really awesome and a very pleasant stay. All the staff in the hotel are very polite and answer our questions. Food is very tasty. we tried outside hotel food too but this hotel is too good
Spacious Room. Mosquito free. The park is neat and clean. My baby likes the room. especially the bed and sofa

we are senior citizens and ttdc allows 20% discounts on booking by senior citizens across tamilnadu in all ttdc hotel.we seem to have been deprived of this by booking.it's sad to know about it.thd hotel is average category.staff are nice and helping.bed sheets and towels were not up to expectations. toilet paper and soaps were not supplied as required.needs lot of improvement.

Watch out if you’re thinking of staying at this hotel—sleeping in your car would be a better option. The room smells terrible. The kitchen closes at 9:30 PM, so even if you order at 9:15 PM, you might not get your food. Breakfast is complimentary but limited; there are no refills. Whatever you get the first time is all you’re getting. If you order room service, don’t expect anyone to come clean the plates. With the restaurant in disrepair, you don’t have any other dining options. Avoid this property even if you’re considering it remotely.

I personally had a lot of doubt while coming to this hotel as I had been to hotel Tamil Nadu madurai unit 1, but to my astonishment this was really maintained well and exceptionally good. The room was thrice the size of what we got in Madurai. The room was well arranged and very clean. They had place the toiletries in the room for our needs.
