all the water pipelines are blocked , no hot water in room tab, TV was not working, balcony area where found lot of cracks on the floor as well as the wall no safety building..

the management needs to keep an alert for the services rendered to the passenger who book the tulips residency for stay
delayed service,they claim to own a restaurant, but none of the items mentioned on menu were available and served

the stay is located at walkable distance to airport and that is the only good point we noticed at this stay the linen were old and looked dirty both on bed and towels. the washroom was decent. ac was not working

Showed me one room in person and once i booked gave me another. Place was falling apart. Dirty bed sheets. Shower broken. Springs poking out of mattress. Asked to cancel and they refused to refund money so i stayed. Manager kept lying about the dirty sheets being clean and when they finally changed them after waiting 14 hours they had two ripped old stained sheets in the whole hotel that were clean.
