stay was very nice, we arrived late at night and hotel staff was polite, helped us move bags and quickly gave us our room. as for room, we booked for 3 people, so extra bed was provided to us, room was big enough to accommodate luggage and was nice and cozy. bathroom was very big and it was quite clean. must recommend 9/10 definitely

i have giving 4 star because of the clean hotel and hotel is located near to the fern where the food is very nice but the only issue with the hotel is there is a continuous cigaret small in passage of hotel and u cannot reduce the speed of the fan if u try to do it will get off

average hotel, cleanliness was okay... washroom window broken which later he put paper, no pressure for water tap, hot water is issue most of the time cold water only comes...

had a horrid experience ..pillows and linens were filthy,smelly. could not sleep all night because of the itchy linens. Hotel is unclean. have attached the pictures for reference
