It's most horrible .....air conditioner is damaged and not functioned properly.....they charged 200 rupees excess for cleaning charges .....and they helps to check in at 1.30pm instead of 12.30pm. while entered in to the room we feel cigrate smell it's suite for family people's or couple

I stayed with my family during Oct-23.
Property looks good from outside, but pathetically maintained rooms. I had to switch three rooms. First room window is defective, so a/c ineffective. They moved me to second room which had defective a/c and plumbing. Finally to a third room which I was told is an upgrade to Deluxe room with Rs.500 extra. I agreed since I checked in at 7:30pm, it was already 10:30pm, the drama was still ongoing and I was not in a mood to wait any longer after a tiring journe ...more

The ambience is good, but the hotel had no soap in the washroom, the AC was not working properly, and even the water bottle was not there at night.

Rooms are not clean....even they are not providing a packaged drinking water..... swimming pool is closed..... environment is good....and customer service is also good....they are buying any products for us from outside.
