Voucher?
The place is at the top of Upper Tapovan, so you have to walk a bit uphill from the main road. The dorm was very big and spacious with 18 beds with no curtains. It can be overwhelming when the dorm is fully booked. Apart from this, a decent place to stay.

false advertising, I booked assuming it was a room but they have just put up a small tent on the rooftop and selling it as a room with a queen bed
