I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the food — it was delicious and well-prepared throughout my stay. However, since I visited during the rainy season, there was waterlogging outside the hotel premises, which made it a bit difficult to move around. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and works on improving the drainage situation. Other than that, it's a good place to stay and I would consider coming back in a different season.

Starting from early check-in, clean room, supportive housekeeping to scrumptious food…. Everything was perfect during my stay at UD grand. Would love to stay there during my upcoming visits and would definitely recommend this property for your stay, if you are visiting Ganganagar.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11.50am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the UD GRAND. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!
