service is zero food was good but they waited for food more than 1 hr and also waited us on cheak in time more than 50 mint and room was so terrible

5 star to ambience and special stats to staff, very well mannered and good. Buffet breakfast is not at all upto mark it does not have variety, the area gets hot and does not have AC there, fans are insufficient, only 2 in entire hall. All staff were good except this one guy at Breakfast venue who may be due to heat was in angry mode always. Breakfast does not have any desserts and they say NON VEG buffet but only omlette there.
