Rooms are clean and hygienic. Old ACs are provided felt little suffocated. Hot water runs by solar so you get hot water in day time only.

Stayed for only 12 hrs. from 7am to 7pm by paying for a full day. Amenities were minimal. Minifrig provided on demand. No hotwater kettle, sealed drinking water bottle, tea coffee packets for preparing a quick cup of tea/coffee. Everything had to be procured from outside against extra payment probably. A small soap cake and a towel were all the toiletry items. No free wifi. Our stay at Udipi Radhakrishna Residency at Kakinada was excellent and the hospitality provided by the Hotel Management was really awesome.

there rats in the room, ac was default temp 18degress,unable adjust it ,if asked provided remote which is not related to it. if asked Receptionist person about the issue, he told that it will like this here and saying "if u want to stay here stay otherwise don't " . *check in and check out time is 8am to 8am which is not highlighted on top.

A nice hotel to stay and enjoyed it. They have to do something for food because we have to depend on room boy compromising quality.
But overall a decent hotel who are having professional experience to maintain guest house.
