Hotel is 17 km away from main city, in jungles. Very difficult to communicate. No lift in hotel. Very hardships to move upstairs. Toilets are water leaking, foul smelling. Service was delayed and not satisfied. Amenities are poor. Not followed the booking rules. . Only food qualities are satisfactory Denied booked services / facilities with harsh behaviours. Overall poor services. Not to recommend as good hotel.

vert good hotel to stay.. Little far from Shantiniketan main place.. All staffs are well behaved.

It was good. The location of the place is very beautiful and the room was very neat and clean. The staffs were very friendly but room service was slow. But I am not satisfied with the taste of the foods. I was even unable to tear the chicken as it was not boiled properly.

The resort offers good amenities such a beautiful cozy rooms with balcony, swimming pool and small children's park. Situated around 12kms from Bolpur city and surrounded with greenery. Good for quality time and to relax over the weekend. They also arranged bengali folk singers to enhance the traditional vibe. They served delicious homely food. Resort crew were very helpful and had good etiquettes. The swimming pool was also nice and access hours are from 9am to 9pm. Overall it was an excellent stay and we enjoyed it

Excellent stay, excellent person Mr Rizu in the reception ever met in a pvt hotel... He arrange us a cab with a very reasonable rate... EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH 3 STAR EXPERIENCE.... The whole hotel team is very very nice and cooperative all the time at 11.30 PM.... I RECOMMEND EVERYONE PLEASE HAVE A VISIT TO THIS PLACE ONCE AND IT'S MY BELIEVE THIS HOTEL CAN'T LET YOU DOWN...... 10 OUT OF 10....VERY NICE PLACE
