The hotel was okay okay not too good as expected
The washroom was not locked at the time and the water pressure was very low maintenance was very bad

Third rate service. After booking I called up the hotel and clearly told them about late checkin by 6-7pm. At 3pm I came to know I have to return urgently back. As I approached the customer care team I was told Hotel has refused refund. But to my knowledge through local contact the hotel is ready for refund for my cancellation
