A small hotel with few rooms. Location good as it is walking distance from Dal lake and Sunset point. Service is super. All requests attended instantly. Rooms are small but manageable. Recommended.

There are only 6 rooms in this hotel. but that's the best part about this hotel. You get quick service and clean rooms all the time. This hotel has a resturant on the ground floor. The food was awesome. I opted for rooms along with breakfast. but not only the breakfast the lunch was good too. This hotel is near Dal lake and quite good as compared to others in the same vicinity. The staff is polite and service is good. I highly recommend this hotel.

For discounted rates, excellent value for money. Decent clean and small hotel, willing staff. View from premium room is great. Good tasty and hygienic food. Carpark available.
