Everything is good. Location wise it is also good. It is near to Club Mahindra Resorts and opposite to Kaudia Forest trail main entrance. Parking is available just opposite to the hotel. Parking charge is 20 for car. Food taste and price is also good along with quantity. Room service and view from the room is also good. Located on main road. Owner and staff behavior is also nice. Every room has balcony. Electricity outage is a problem in Kanatal, however, every room has uninterrupted power supply for lights. L
Good for families and feels safe here with kids.

The hotel owner was reluctant to let me stay.He didn't return my aadhaar card till check out even after asking many times. He kept verbally taunting his young employees.
