bad experience. geyser was not working properly. tap was not working properly. bedsheets seemed to be dirty. After 11 not a single staff was there for any help or for customers need. many passengers knocked our door at night for asking about hotel staff. over all not a pleasant stay. location was nice but hotel facilities was very poor.

Dirty rooms like lodge, zero to minimal room service with no accountability. No numbers for room service and no one ever at reception even if you walk to it. The rooms are far from cozy and totally not worth even half of whatever price you get it for. There is no food service or proper kitchen in the property as I was informed.
A definitive NO for couples. Though one of the helpers did help me with a drop to the chowk at check out.
I just don't understand the hype around Mussorie with really not much worthy to see around unless you are a first time traveller.
