Nice stay which gave me a positive energy for the next day's conference. Thanks to the property manager for taking care of things and the caretaker for maintaining the room very clean.

Horrible Experience at Uthradam Tower, Thiruvananthapuram
I had the worst experience staying at Uthradam Tower. The service was absolutely terrible, and I regret choosing this place.
Unhygienic Rooms: The rooms were filthy, with dust everywhere and an unpleasant odor. The bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages.
Terrible Staff Behavior: The staff was rude and unresponsive. They acted like they were doing us a favor by answering basic queries.
