Preferences were given for hosting parties than the regular borders. Mineral water should be replaced by the latest gadgets. The room/washroom should be properly cleaned and due care should be taken to remove used cups/plates and the dishes at regular intervals. Wall clock to be in place for the benefit of the borders. The internal communication system (telephone) was totally out of order.

Though l paid for 3 guests, they accommodated us in a double bedroom with an additional mattress only. They declined to provide bed for the additional mattress citing the reason that it was standard practice. Since, they didn't maintained the minimum courtesy, l refused the mattress and we stayed there 3 nights by sharing the double bed. lt's most unfortunate that the hotel under your banner failed to comply with minimum basic requirements after charging full amount. Rooms are neat and have a good ambience. The staffs are very helpful. The location is also good just 1.5km from Hotel is very good Market And F&b staff is very nice and Good service . Mr.Rudr of Front Office department is good staff
