as mentioned in the hotel description of facilities provided, there is no hot water available in bathroom and temperature here is in minus, how can a traveller use cold water in bathroom in minus temperature, apart from this there is shortage of electricity everyday anytime, they dont provide coffee/tea packets in the room that customer can make himself a tea or coffee. very bad services and facilities.
