The hotel is located at a very convenient place in Bilour. The staffs are always ready to help. Food at their restaurant is simply yummy. Linens are spotless.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Vishva Bharati university campus is just a few km away. Looking forward to stay here again

Really good stay at Shantiniketan. The team is very welcoming and their service is fabulous. You would get very much comfortable there. Loved the time we spent there.

utsav hotel staff are very polite and helpful....rooms are clean and comfortable.. location is also good...only the room dining services are very slow otherwise the food is very good

hotel is good for only staying but their food quality is too much bad on the basis of price. one black cup of tea normal of rs.30/- one boiled egg is 30/- also plane porotha is rs 55/- which is unbreakable by teeth as it is too much hard there is no oil, only plane porotha!!! water is also 30/- per lit

Not cost effective. They provided very small and congested room although we have booked executive room.Food is OK ,but delay in service.we regularly
