the staff was very rude. washroom flash is broken. we asked to give us extra water and we said we are going to pay but they denied to give us water.

Stay was excellent but amenities like tv was not working in any room nor gyser was working in some room. Staff behaviour was nice and cleaness is excellent.

worst hotel I ever seen. No basic amenities .In pictures they provides misinformation. I have booked this in ₹/- very much hiked rate. when I visited to property they just provides poor facilities like a below ₹ hotel rate. I opted breakfast just because to get some food at stayed place but in breakfast they gave 'poha' which was not properly cooked. Staff behavior was very bad they behave like goons. In night I request to change my bedsheets and towel because it's dirty and smelled bad but they just said they can't change and threatened me to don't create chaos.
