Nice Stay Rooms are Well maintained but why i am giving 4 star is Complimentary Breakfast is not Good & Worth.... whereas Dinner (Prawns Biriyani) is tasty and okay. Dinner i took at 1st floor Non-Veg Restaurant
My suggestion to Improve Breakfast also....

Very good veg breakfast. Good large sized clean rooms. Average ala carte food at restaurants. Overall good as an option in kundapur if you can put up with a strictly "no smiles" staff and the tall irritating captain at its SeaRock restaurant.

Excellent stay option right in the heart of Kundapur City. This is right on the highway from Mangalore to Goa. Complimentary breakfast was very good.
