bed sheets are not clean, rooms smells bad, no water bottles provided only drinking water from receptionist. receptionist is not that responsive

Worst hotel to stay. Rooms were dirty and the bedsheets were smelly
and was not washed. Used bedsheets were put on bed. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Room service was not proper. On the whole very worst experience to stay in such a hotel. I don't recommend this hotel 100%.Anybody pl don't choose this hotel.

Pathetic condition of the hotel. Reception telephone is not answered by anyone when we called from station for the direction, later on reaching there they said very casually that phone is in working condition and what does it matter if they don't take call. Rooms have a very old and damp odour , toilet flush was not working, no water in flush tank. Mirrors are very small and hung very high so that a small height person won't be able to see. condition of the room is very poor and dirty. During my service I visited all over India and stayed so many hotels but this property is very poor.

The room was not that clean, dirty bedsheet as well pillow. Although the staff was really corporative. Very near to the Secretariat.

very bad experience.
my child was ill so I was asked the receptionist a blanket several times, but they are not given and also blanket, soap oil not given.
it's not suitable for family and couples.
The atmosphere not suitable for family.
