Accommodative, pleasant and hassle-free stay. The complimentary breakfast was limited but the lunch and dinner were good. Free access to Gold's gym was a bonus. But they should inform guests about parallel events happening since a lot of noise tends to enter the rooms near the halls.

We booked an executive room and the bathroom had water clogging due to slope issues .. it was a very bad experience with the shower even after spending approx 4000 rs/night.

Based on the rating given by you I booked the hotel for 2 days from 22 to 24th Nov23.
But the rating given does not match the real situation. This is the first bad experience for me. Rooms are not cleaned and the bed linens have not changed and very dirty. we can't use the towels which are very dirty. TV was not working. Even after complain also there is no response. Breakfast food also not upto the standards of bangalore. So I cancelled my 2nd day booking and waiting for refund from you.

In Hotel WiFi network problem. Only one device connected with wifi. That's speed too slow.The hotel staff was also not very cooperative.
