In room TV was not working till check out. No dustbin in room and bathroom. Bathroom was dirty. Picks attached.No way to contact reception like intercom or bell, only one no is mentioned to call and that was not working.Not provided towel and shop until asked and for that I have to come down to ground floor from 3rd floor and pick the Same. Service is not at all available. Get drinking water after 40 min of check inn.Reception person was totally unprofessional. not k owing any thing about hospitality.

booking was confirm but at time for check-in staff denied for room after that customer care resolve the issue.
