I have booking which was non refundable so i was assured that my room will be available for me , my wife and relative however due to our hectic travelling schedule our phone got switched off (battery issue) and when i called Owner through my wife phone , Owner have informed me that room has been given to other person as i have not informed anything to owner and they were trying to contact me and not able to contact so booked room to other guest.
