horrible experience
there was not even a single fan in tants.
they took extra charges for converting it into an ac room.
how can a person live in a hot summers in a tent which doesn't even have a fan.
the owner was very rude.

The ambiance of Grassfield Valley Resort was very good and relaxing, the service was just amazing. The
cottage really fit our needs and we were able to enjoy the living room. Just apt for a family
of two. We travelled with our Pet and he too was very comfortable with easy access
to areas for his walks.
The food though was a little spicy for our palette but was nonetheless very tasty. The staff was the highlight being very courteous and always ready to help.
The location is what we loved the most ...more

Lovely Resort n well maintained. All the staff was so great, disciplined and soft-spoken. They serve food with our choices quickly and tasty. My all friend and family celebrated my birthday at the resort and have become fan of this resort.
We did a pool party with music and drinks. As we booked 4 Rooms they have given private pool to us.
We will be going there again to celebrate my parent's wedding anniversary in the month of July.

decent but a deserted property it has an access problem with the last patch of 2 KM's being an unpaved path.
the manager gave us a deluxe cottage wherein we had booked a luxury one, after visiting the room I confronted him that this can't be a luxury cottage, manager insisted that it was a luxury, after 2 hours while I was looking around I found the row of luxury cottages and after threatening him that I'll file a complaint, they gave me the luxury room.apart from that there is less network conn ...more
