hotel rooms not maintained or cleaned properly. cement plastering has come off at some places. no water bottle, soap, etc.

The lodge is near to the temple and my room toilet was clean these are the only 2 best things or else the lodge is not upto the mark. My room where I stayed was may be cleaned before 2 or 3 days and the cupboard had ants in it and the lift and steps were very dirty along with bedsheet and pillow in my room, Will surely visit some better hotels at Tiruchendur.

horrible hotel no cleanliness ,no basic facilities provided ,not even water
room service was not done,we had handed over the keys for room cleaning but it wasn't done , person is coming after we come to the room

very much disappointed. the room which I had booked was not given. Very irresponsible response received. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

rooms werenot clean. no bedsheet was provided. had to inform the reception to change the bed cover. moreover the room rate was too high never going to book any hotels

The room is very small, For two persons the room is ok. extra bed cannot be layed. All rooms are Beach view. The Hotel is little away from the temple. Nearly it is 1 km from temple. Ac remotes are not working properly. But staff are friendly. Solved our all issues. The amount is little high for provided amenities.

Rooms are very small and not comfortable for even two person. Many bugs are there in bed. Telephone is in bad condition even unable to make call.
