The property is located in the heart of the city so it's easy to reach. The manager and staff are very supportive and ensure a comfortable stay for you. The superior room with mountain view will give you a beautiful view of the mountain and you can constantly hear the sound of the Parvati river. You can view the river too if you stay on the second floor. The food is good as well as sumptuous. Parking is available for 6-8 vehicles. We had a great time.

Service was pathetic. You have to wait minimum of an hour for your order. No response from the manager. electric cattle not available. toiletries not available. Food was not good . nonveg not included in free dinner . Very limited options in free breakfast and dinner .

Stayed here for 2 nights and my experience was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the staff were also very helpful. Definitely we will visit here again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay was comfortable.
Room service was good.
The quality and taste of food was very good.
Cleanliness was very well maintained not just in room but everywhere.
Would recommend this to people who want to spend some quiet days at Kasol.
Special mention to Aman who took care of all requests.
