I booked the hotel with a complimentary breakfast. I was still charged for the breakfast for apart from my dinner bill at the time of check out. And when I asked the manager to give me the bill he was sharing the KOT paper not the actual bill or invoice. When I asked for the card payment manager denied, when asked for hotel QR he again denied. He took the payment from me on his personal account. We book triple sharing room but hotel staff deny to do so and ask me to cancel the booking we don’t have triple sharing room and take double roomVery much disappointed

I stayed two days here, It is wonderful experience with this hotel. Hotel is neat & clean. Staff is so polite n helping. Rated 5 star for this hotel. Distance from railway station is walkable. Rooms are very good. Toilets are clean. You can rely on the attached photos and book accordingly.

rooms are nice and the hotel staff is also humble it is at the prime location and the food is also delicious the best part is it is only 2 minutes walking distance from the railway station
