its a great day at Varsha Enclave. 2 floor appartment with ambient parking facility. Its good for those who wish to stay in a calm and quite atmosphere. The property located at a residential area bit far from Main city. rooms are quite good. The expectation meets with the facilities provided at a Service apartment. Rooms are minimal so taking for an option to choose what kind of room for stay whether it is Studio or 2 BHK is tough. Overall i like the property.

Very clean and well maintained. Good parking space. Value for money no doubt.
Rooms have plenty of light and air. Security available 24hrs. Service was excellent.

We booked Trinity but just couple of hours before check in we were asked to stay in Varsha Novelty. Room was on second floor - no elevator.
power failure in night - no courtesy to check on us.
we just checked out one night early without much expectaions.

Rooms weren't cleaned properly & cups/crockery were stained..in one bedroom neither AC nor geyser was working..they promised to repair immediately but nothing happened.. when we complained repeatedly, they changed us into another apartment.. it's a nice quiet calm locality.. if well maintained & cleaned properly, it can be a great property. Caretaker during the daytime Mr. Mahadev was very friendly & helpful.

The complete stay in Varsha Enclave is Awesome... We are very happy with the locality, the stay and the facilities that were provided in it... overall it was a beautiful experience for us staying there.. I would recommend it if anyone is planning to take a room stay in Mysore...
