My complaint is for hotel service. I spoke to the receptionist before my stay and requested for early check-in without any charges and when went to check in at 7 Am in morning the receptionist at the hotel charged me 500 extra. Talking about stay at hotel there was mosquito inside the room and no door mat was provided. Did not expected this. Please refund my 500 extra you have charged
