we saw few cockroaches showering nd bathing utensils is not neat nd stinks please ensure cleanliness in upcoming days

The worst experience with stay. Rooms are very dirty, not even cleaned. Bathroom are broken, not cleaned aswell, no hot water.

the worst stay of my life is here. cockroaches roaming around all the time even after spraying hit. bed was full of dust. had allergy due to that. no room service. no tea kit at room. we had to check out one day earlier and not received the refund yet. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

it was horrible. i made a booking for 2 deluxe king rooms with an extra bed in one room for a day. i got one room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. all other rooms are full. we are 2 different families. where will we stay and how is it possible for 5 people to use one single washroom. also they did not provide room service. they said only once they will deliver tea. there were no towels or toiletries. the room was smelling bad

I was waiting for 30 minutes for check in. I don't find any attenders in front desk to help guest. Rooms, wall, bed, towels, toilets are dirty. Sofa placed on front office does'nt have proper cushion. I can give 1 star for this stay.
I never recommend anyone for the stay in this hotel.After reminder they placed Bed sheet, towel, soap & shampoo..Very unprofessional.
