we wanted to have night stay and when we reached, lights were off and there was nobody to attend us. person there told us that we don't know about any booking and manager didn't inform us. we called manager but he didn't pick phone. later he shown us room in which fan was tooooo slow. it's not a proper hotel but marriage palace and they give rooms for stay without any facilities. we booked non AC room by mistake and it was worst night.

Food quality is excellent. Room service is good.

Bad experince stay at vatika hotel jassur location is not good & dirty room & service quality is very poor.......
