Experience was good, since the hotel is under renovation, found some difficulties like for hot water, lesses availability of amenities. Good things was Bigger rooms and The staff was excellent, humble and very cooperative, they tried to made the stay as good as possible.

I have checked out today there is no hot water no any attendant bathroom is leaking from tap wash basin and mostly that room is used for drinks etc as there are five drink glass and cigarettes pieces seen.

This hotel is not located near saibaba temple..14 km far away from Sai Mandir..
Same Vera palace is available in opposite to baba Mandir but they are not accepting bookings.

See the maintenance and quality of water.
U will get clean water after throwing at least 4 buckets of water.

first time we tasted garlic tea, it's pathetic... very dirty toilet, room, n bed, pillow with out cover... worst experience
