pathetic hotel. AC is not working. no complimentary water balls given. they are charging for everything.

Apart from location nothing is good about this hotel. they will not allow you get the room before 12 pm and ask you to checkout right at 11 Am. bedsheets were turned and dirty. very disappointed from the service.

The room looked fine in start, but there were red worms in tap water being used for bathing, brushing teeth etc. So it certainly meant that hygiene is not being maintained. We shortened our trip from 2 days to 1 day as didn't want to take any more chances.

The bathroom was stinking. Had no exhaust for ventilation. Had stains all around. Water had bad odour, yellowish colour. On complaining they mentioned that hotel is near to sea so supply is as such but it was not correct. I was denied an early check in request so took the opposite hotel " Beach View" which had a clean bathroom and clear water, but when after temple Darshan checked into " Vel Residency" , was highly disappointed. View from window had a stinking pond of muddy water with mosquitoes. Pictures attached for reference.A big No to this hotel.
