The staff is impolite.
Don't know how the Owners kept that kind of staff.
I forgot a Full Bag of Snacks in the Hotel Room while I checked out. I kept my luggage in the lobby and told shall pick it up in the evening.
In the Evening I took my Luggage and I asked about my Snacks bag which I forgot in my room. The Receptionist called the concerned and told the concerned person is not picking the call.He then told May be our people consumed that. He was telling us that we as customer should call him ...more
