Tv not working, no hot water, room service and toiletries. Rooms are dirty with cockroaches roaming.

Very worst experience. Rooms beds everything is a dirty scrap. Water tap faulty tv units not having remotes wires are hanging. No hot water available. Staff hardly take any interest to handing over bed sheet, water, towel etc. Very worst stay.
