I booked my stay and checked-in late night 10.30pm at that time the reception person told check time is 24 hrs so we scheduled plans accordingly the next day evening the reception person called and said that your check out time is over you and your need to pay an extra amount of Rs 500 fault is on their side the did not inform us prior and very terrible experience I travel a lot but this hotel is very poor with staffs pls everyone confirm with check in and out time before otherwise they will charge extra amount 😕
