The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend for a relaxing visit!

very comforting stay at viewtoria.. food was too good.. only thing to be improved is , toiletries to be used should be of littlebit good quality. moisturiser, shampoo and slippers (as it is too cold) aee basic eminities.. just towel and a soap (not so good) dsnt work... these days to hill stations we dont carry toiletries.. to avoid un necessary weight of baggage.. If you improve this everything will be excellent at viewtoria

One of the best hotels in dhanaulti. the view from the hotel is amazing. you can see multiple hills as well as himalaya. Room is amazing with great decoration. I like the window seat. staff is really helpful and well behaved.
the reception area is decorated well with carrom and Table tennis. one can enjoy 2 days easily. Food was also tasty and not that costly.
On the negative side, after sunset different types of insects roam the area therefore one should take care of himself/herself as well as ...more

highly recommended, the property is having a superb location - facing valley and has a nature trail just behind it. Also around 300 m walking distance to Eco Park of Dhanaulti. Incase one wants to eat out, there are few amazing restraunts and dhabas just outside too. Food of property is great too. Hospitality is top notch. Between Kanatal and Dhanaulti, pick Dhanaulti and this property any day.

this hotel is not what it seems from the photos and a lot of work needs to be put in to make it a decent place to stay. The two most disappointing aspects were the cleanliness and attitude of the staff (mainly the manager who was drunk throughout the day). We had booked a 'Deluxe' room and was initially given a room that was shockingly dirty - I have seen cleaner storerooms in other hotels.The manager changed our rooms to a marginally better one after much pleading but nowhere near what you'd ex ...more

First of all Restaurant service was unavailable and service guys refused to arrange anything.
It says AC room, however, not a single fan was there.
Geyser wasn't working had to bath in chilled water.
Service was third class.
This was my second time to the hotel, but seems I would never go for Viewtoria again

location of the resort is amazing, giving views of the valley below. Overall hospitality was nice, although rooms were not the best kind but are decent enough in the location and price range. Food is good too, and we had bonfire at night which was also very nice experience. it is situated at main road with walkable distance to eco camp. overall an enjoyable stay.
