very worst services, AC is not working.. staff reply for 10-15 mins.. but for a long time ac not working.. very tired after working, still AC not working..very disappointed Vijon business also.. đđđđ

i would rate a hotel 5 as the facilities are really made good and advanced. however i donât feel like even giving 1 as the staff behaviour is pathetic here. from day 1 till my checkout one after one has made me upset. 1. 1st day i received a call from reception at morning â8.00 amâ to check if i am doing checkout today. 2. â 1st day when i asked rates they said 2000/- plus taxes. next day i wanted to extend for another 3 days and asked for rates, they say 2500/- plus taxes. if i ask reason, they ...more

Extremely bad, booked because of excellent experience at their group hotel Vijan Mahal. Extremely poor experience, doesnât have even a kitchen of their own and extremely poor vegetarian menu.
