The stay at the hotel was disappointing due to the unpleasant demeanor of the receptionist who was shouting at the staff for no reason. The check-out experience was also unsatisfactory. Additionally, there were several issues with amenities, including the lack of wifi, no complimentary water bottles, and a TV that was not functioning properly. Overall, the high price was not justified by the poor quality of service and amenities.

It was a good stay but needed to look into its price to be revised. good staff and their response. good breakfast.
I just stayed here for one day. so, i feel it was a good stay for me at the price i booked.

look at a towel provided for a double accommodation, look at the health faucet . the person on the counter denies a water bottle on a complimentary basis, there is no geyser in the room not even a dust bin for a surprise. frequent power cuts and people need to forego the option of lift due to power cut as there is no generator back up. a big horrible experience and the hotel has no restaurant attached. i have booked dinner/lunch option. don't know why this option is being given if the food is to ...more

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed sheets were stained, shabby and torn pillow cover, the mirror was dirty, overall the room was untidy and disgusting! Bathroom without Geyser. Left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there. Unfortunately, due to the fact we went all the way from (City) and by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel as reached in night. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again not at all recommended for families.

First of all its not hotel it is packed room with no ventilation. This hotel Dont have restaurant facility also they are not able to provide food.i have stayed for 2 days but no housekeeping is going on . I clean my room every day. The toilet & bathroom are not hyegine. Not value for money at all
