I have never had a worse experience than this before. When I reached the hotel the reception staff was telling me that Sir no room is vacant yet but I was already have the recieving of my room booking. Then he said I can help you once, you can take another room but you would have to pay extra for that but it was night there and I did not want to argue them. Then they gave me a room for the same price in the hotel with extra charge , so I am very disappointed with this.It was a very bad experience for me.
