water faucet was broken, fridge was dirty and in the midnight we found out there were bed bugs and they asked us to shift to an other room, which was again under maintained worst experience ever

Very pathetic! Please do not book this! Reasons:1. No AC working not just in our room but in the morning we heard people complaining about other rooms as well. 2. The manager tried to change us to other rooms but each and every room had similar issues 3. Too too too many mosquitoes , management will provide you with mosquito repellant but mosquitoes somehow they seem to be immune towards mosquito machine. 4. No parking space 5. Villa Du Ocean is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff and hotel Manager are unprofessional and rude. It's not a hotel; lodges are better than this. FOOD, if you see the dining area and kitchen I am sure no one will eat the food, it is so dirty. The whole hotel is a complete mess. Cleanliness is 0%. They don't know hygiene. Our room AC has not been clean for at least 7-8 months, and when I showed the photo of it, they said it's newly installed, but it's an old AC. Disrespectful behaviour of all staff members. I would not recommend this hotel; it will ruin your holiday.

Stay was very good and silent in night for good sleep Breakfast options were also good with good quality only thing is coffe stirrer stick not provided both days, which is small things but area to improve

Nothing like the picture. Balconies have no view. No tea or coffee service in the room despite asking at the reception. Found property pictures misleading. The only lifesaver was that the room was spacious and clean.

I think the hotel was perfect. Great location everything was walking distance. Good facilities. Friendly staff. But i am giving its 4 star coz, on the first day of breakfast (breakfast ending time was 10:15am) we reached 9:45 and was served cold food. And on the 2nd day they were out of coffee. Which was a big turn off for me. They need to improve this part.

Great place to stay and also the location is a huge plus. This is right in the centre of white town. Staff was helpful and also the in house restaurant served good food.
