1. TV not working
2. Bed was a combination of two single bed... means no double bed.. disappointed after booking for premium room..waste of money
3. Breakfast is just limited with 2 option ..either omlette and Paratha..means nothing else..and if asked for customised anything than it will take 20min...means did they have only 1 person to cook and chopp...
4. No Water in washroom..have to wait 2hrs to get tanker to supply water.
It seems like we are not living in hotel...its a house which converts to 1 star hotel.

Villa Paradiso is a quiet, neat and clean hotel. Nothing fancy about it, it's a basic budget hotel, people expecting any more service should not opt for it. It's for people who like a quite ambience /excellent view from Gallery. Staff specially Kishan very polite, good service. Breakfast tasty and good, but basic which includes tea/coffee/bread toast /aloo paratha /1 fruit /Poha. Market is close, but walking up is a task.

very poor facilitiesstarted from booking - they refused for booking then gave room after many excuses. very poor quality washrooms and management facilities.
